A Sleeping Dog

A dog sleeps in a small bed.

The bed is soft.

It is near a window.

The sun is warm.

The dog is brown.

It has a blue blanket.

The dog closes its eyes.

It sleeps all morning.

A bird sings outside.

The dog does not wake up.

The room is quiet.

Its water bowl is by the door.

The dog wakes at noon.

It stretches its legs.

Then it goes outside.
